1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We use standard shipping through Shopify, and most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- US: 2-5 business days after processing.
- International: 10-30 business days after processing.

2. Are these t-shirts specifically designed for men?
Yes! RawLine Apparel specializes in men’s t-shirts, with designs tailored specifically for a modern, masculine look. Our tees are crafted to meet men’s style and comfort needs, combining unique designs with the perfect fit for all-day wear.
3. What types of fabric are your t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts are made from premium fabric, chosen for its comfort, durability, and softness. With a lightweight feel, they’re perfect for everyday wear and ensure your favorite designs look great wash after wash. (Heather colors feature a cotton and polyester blend.)
4. What sizes are available, and how can I find the right fit?
We offer a wide range of sizes ranging from S to 2XL. Please refer to our size chart at the bottom of the page for detailed measurements to ensure the best fit for you.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a shipping fee will apply.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Your payment information is secure, and we use trusted partners to ensure your transaction is safe.
8. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your TeeWaves purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. Please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide, so you can enjoy our products no matter where you are located.
11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We strive for top quality, but if your item arrives damaged or if there’s an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right by either sending a replacement or offering a refund.

14. Are there any additional shipping fees?
For US orders under $40, the shipping fees are as follows:
- $4 for the first item
- $6 for two items
- Free shipping for orders of three items or more
